Mech Design Challenge

Ok boys and girls, here’s the deal. I need a couple new mech designs for

my battletech fan fiction book(s). The winners get their designs used in it. Its not

going to be officially published or anything, but that would be nice. Back to

the challenge. There will be winners in each of the four weight classes (Light,

medium, Heavy, and assault).

Requirements:

1.Can be any tech level, all clan, all IS, even mixed tech!

2.Must be at average speed, no less than 4/6, since the group I need

designs for is a mostly raiding group.

3. Must rely on mostly energy weapons.

4. Must be survivable. That means try to have maximum armor, CASE, no XL,

etc.

5. Must not be too costly.

6. Try not to use group specific weapons; except for clan weapons and

general use IS weapons, so I guess that means no stealth armor or Heavy Gauss rifles.

7. If I get a good enough design that I really like, I may circumnavigate

one or two of these rules, but try not to!

8. Must be sent to me in text format only, or if the design is hosted

on a website then send me the link.

9. Besides that, anything goes, so lets get building!
